International Checkout will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 8-15 business days.

PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 4-10 business days.

TRANSIT TIMES are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays by customs or by the merchant. 

Payment options include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and other established payment methods via our secure website. To minimize the risks associated with card-not-present transactions, our Verification Team may require its users to confirm identity.

Visa and Master Card payments will be processed in your local currency. If your local currency is not supported, then payment will be processed in US Dollars. All other payment methods will be processed in US Dollars only.

For your convenience, International Checkout provides the option to pre-pay Duties and Taxes at checkout.

 

If you choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you may avoid customs delays and we guarantee that you will not be asked to pay anything when your order arrives. However, if you do not choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you will be responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when your order arrives in your country.

 

Duties and Taxes are calculated and charged by based on the prevailing rate of your country.

Returns acceptance is established by the merchant partner and will be displayed in the cart language at checkout.

If returns are accepted, you will be able to submit a return authorization request within 7 days after you receive your items, please login to your International Checkout and click on the ‘Request Return” Then, select the particular order for which you would like to make the request and complete the form. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a Return Authorization number via email.  

Do not contact the store directly. They cannot process your return.

All orders are subject to the return policy of the online store from which your items were purchased (the “store”). Many stores have restricted time limits or may not accept returns or exchanges at all. Therefore, your order may not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original International Checkout receipt or invoice.

We recommend that all items be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. International Checkout is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to the store or to International Checkout.

If you request a refund, you will be responsible for international shipping back to the store or to International Checkout. You will receive a refund for the merchandise purchase price minus any fees that are charged by the store, and a $10.00 USD Return fee. Your refund will not be issued until the Return is accepted by the store.
